“Converting this world’s already-on-existent resources into the enlightened outputs” is one of the most challenging vocations; however, this jargon seems like nothing for those who see this world in a protracted way.

From the national toward regional stage and finally reaching the childish tables of the General Assembly, the Permanent Security Council of the United Nations or the Consultative Meeting (CG) in the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), “the world is for all” has been a speechless pretext for any good faith or malicious argument.

The Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia, from the very outset, toward other national, regional and global mechanisms, promotion of human equality is the forerunner of any other goal. However, are these mechanisms making us equal; physically and spiritually?

The answer is always “no”; the commoners, no matter in what standing they are in, their self-expressions are compared as slugs that are crawling on a tough road, in competition with the snobs’ already-assigned successes.

“The world is for all”, until today is just the too traditional theory, but in practicality, the world’s trends are just walking on a very few decision-makers. However, optimism still prevails when everyone knows and is applying the doctrine of equality into their daily-livelihoods.

So what is the first and foremost method to convert such the doctrine into reality? Making our expressions be more weighty to our decision-makers is the answer to this. The sole scope of this paper is to make our expression be more influential, in other words, more forceful to our decision-makers, who formerly just our subordinates.

I. In-depth Acquaintance with the Issue

Drawing ten of thousands of attention to our expression is a tense work. Moreover, not a surprise at all, that it is even tougher if that expression intends to influent those on the decision-making hierarchy.

To begin thinking about means to influence the decision-making in any national, regional and international issue, the one who really wants to interfere with such the affaires, must not just “only be acquaint with the issue on the informational surface, but also the truth behind the issue.”

Honesty, in this sense, is referred to good faith from the owner or instigator of the expression toward the majority of the people who are concerned with the circumnavigating issues. Many kinds of expression have failed to reach its fullest potential or value, because it just represent or protect the interests of just a group of interested people.

Honesty will make you confident with your expressional stance and always prove rationalism into protecting your idea. But to make this easy, you must be honest with yourself that means your expression is not just for bank notes and public self-esteem.

II. Simple Words Used

Always be in mind that your expression to the decision-maker hierarchy is for just one final destination: good faith for the majority. So there is no need to use specific or professional terminology to make your expression hard to understand amongst the decision-makers themselves and the commoners in general.

So try to use the simple words that even a very low educated person can understand. This is one of the most effective steps to draw belief and motivation from a large majority of the people. Remember that making your expression heard and understand to all will make it more weighty to the mindset of our decision-maker hierarchy.

If you have travel plans in your future, think carefully if you really need to take all your expensive jewelry. The risk of theft, loss and damage increases as soon as you start your trip because you are in new surroundings, doing new activities and often in tourist areas that are the target of pickpockets, thieves and con artists.

If you are traveling out of the country, check to be sure your jewelry insurance covers your property when you are traveling outside the United States. Because the risk of theft is so much higher in foreign countries, some insurance companies only provide domestic coverage.

To avoid inviting crime, plan to dress inconspicuously to blend into the environment, especially when in another country. When traveling internationally, consider taking and wearing no jewelry. If you have ever experienced a panic attack, or, an episode of clinical depression - you could hardly be faulted for wanting and seeking a final and everlasting “cure.” Some people who experience these conditions never have a reoccurrence. Powerlessness: Beliefs, Behaviors, & Feelings

A key component to anxiety and depression are feelings of powerlessness. Perhaps some life stressor or loss has temporarily overwhelmed or discouraged you. Or, perhaps over time you have developed ineffective cognitive habits - styles of thinking - that promote your giving up power. These “distorted beliefs” lead us to have “distorted feelings” and “distorted behaviors”. For example:

Suzy Somebody held and reinforced over time the distorted belief that “No one would be interested in someone like me.” This distorted and powerless belief led her to behave by isolating herself from others. Her isolative behavior and belief that no one was interested in her, led to predictable feelings of loneliness. Then, looking at how lonely she felt and isolated she behaved - she reinforced the powerless belief that, sure enough, “See there! I told you no one was interested in someone like me!” And the spiraling cycle of powerlessness was complete and reinforcing.

It is much easier to change the way we think and behave than how we feel. The good news is, if we can change the way we think (correcting distorted thinking) and behave (powerless behaviors), then most often what we get is a resultant change in how we feel (for the better!). This is why cognitive-behavioral therapy is the treatment of choice for anxiety and depression and why empowering clients is so important.

People often think of depression or anxiety as a function of low self-esteem. Actually and more precisely, depression and anxiety are made worse by low self-efficacy. What is self-efficacy? Self-efficacy is the belief that I have a sufficient measure of control and power over my life.

Cognitive behavioral therapy is an important tool in identifying ways we might be lowering our sense of self-efficacy, giving up power and control, and thereby encountering depression and anxiety as a persistent companion in our lives.

Role Attachment Bondage or Moha plays in gaining Enlightenment

Attachment… bondage… Moha… state as we may but the meaning of all three words remains the same. Christians call it water, Hindus Jala and the followers of Islamic dharma as Paani… the intent and meaning of all the three is the same.

Now let me explain this concept from the beginning…

If there was no attachment… bondage or Moha… the need for any soul to traverse a long journey of 8.4 million lives (a total earthly journey of 96.4 million years) would never have arisen for the soul within… rather would not have been required at all. If the God Almighty desired the chain of all manifestations right from the very first manifestation to the last manifestation (the 8.4 millionth manifestation… the last in the series of evolution)… there must have been a most plausible cause for it. And what was that?

At the time of the Big Bang when the Evolution was just taking place at the time of start of the creation… all souls got scattered all over the Cosmos. These souls on their cosmic journey gathered impurities on the way. Now, to come back to their pristine purity these souls required to remove the dross within. Let me take an example…

Let us assume a lump of gold ore weighing one hundred KG. And if we presume that this lump of gold ore contains one KG of pure gold then in spiritual terms… this one KG of pure gold is a single soul (atman as we call it in Hinduism) on its cosmic journey and it does not have within it powers any means to remove these impurities. These 99 KG of impurities to be separated from one KG of pure gold require the requisite mining process.

And this process of purification of one KG of pure gold from a lump of hundred KG of gold ore is what we are interested in. This journey for a human being as we can understand shall get completed in a total of 8.4 million Manifestations (on the earthly plane it shall mean a journey of 96.4 million years… a long journey indeed!).

As we can see above… we need the right machinery to separate the pure gold from the dross within the ore… every soul (atman) on its cosmic journey requires a body to work out its Karma and remove the dross within. Now what is it that keeps the total entity bound for such a long period of time… is it not Moha… bondage… attachment which keeps every body attached to the other and also to materialistic riches of life?

This was necessitated as God the Almighty did not desire the journey to be completed in a short time. Now, unless and until we cut through every attachment… Moha… or bondage… can we expect to get out of the clutches of karma. No, it is just not possible! To be able to gain Enlightenment within this life we have to take absolute control over our five senses and finally the mind. And this is possible only after we have gained absolute control over any feeling of attachment… Moha or bondage!

In other words we have to cut across the shackles of attachment for overcoming the senses and the mind. Simply stated it is easy to discuss on the topic of attachment but it is the most difficult part which one has to take control of in this life. To detach self completely from the bondage of your parents, teachers, friends, relatives and well-wishers is the most difficult part of life in the life of a true seeker of Enlightenment within this life. Why?

A moment before whom you called your dearest son or a daughter… the moment you have crossed over the boundaries of attachment… you shall not be able to call your son a son… you shall also be not able to call your lovely daughter a daughter. For all the children in the world would have now become like sons and daughters to you. You shall not be able to distinguish between your own and the others. The simple divide which maintained the boundary between your children and the rest has now collapsed… something really difficult to bear with!

Easily said than done… the path of Enlightenment is the ultimate goal of every human being… come whatever may! None can deviate from this absolute and the only truth of life. And the absolute truth is that the body of a human being is merely a garment for the soul within and whence comes the time it shall be cast away mercilessly in the hope of getting a new garment… a new body… a new manifestation! On the earthly plane someone dies but on the spiritual level… nothing is lost… all is the result of the process of evolution taking place every moment of life.

And the final truth that emerges out is, the soul proceeds on its cosmic journey truthfully and mercilessly and in the terms of human beings… we have life and death but in the dictionary of soul (atman as we call it in Hinduism)… life is a continuous process… nothing is lost for everything belongs to God the Almighty. It is but for the soul to shed its dross from one manifestation to another in order to gain more and more purity and finally the pristine purity it ever longed for. Having come full circle… this purified soul becomes enlightened!

And now the question arises… how-to come out of the feeling of attachment… bondage or Moha (as we call it in Hinduism). We have to break free from the clutches of attachment… bondage… or Moha for ever! And it is the process of Yoga and Meditation which shall help us in coming free of the shackles of attachment… bondage or Moha forever.

On the surface playing Frisbee with your dog may seem like just a bit of fun, but this activity actually holds other benefits as well.

1. Certain breeds are accustomed to an active lifestyle, so, when they are forced to remain idle, they tend to create interesting diversions to entertain themselves. Unfortunately, their idea of fun may be something that you consider to be destructive behavior. Playing Frisbee with your dog may help to curb some of your dog’s destructive behavior by giving your pup an outlet for all of his pent-up energy.

2. Playing Frisbee will also provide both you and your dog with a bit of exercise. This is a great way to help your pet keep in tiptop condition.

Herding dogs are more adept at fetching a Frisbee, but other breeds can certainly be taught. There are even different discs on the market that are suited to different types of dogs. If you want to begin training at an early age, then you should look into purchasing a miniature disc for your puppy as a regular-size disc would be much too large for his tiny mouth.

Frisbee. It’s What’s For Dinner

Your first step toward molding your dog into a Frisbee-catching-master should be to replace his regular food dish with a Frisbee. Flip the disc over and serve up some chow, but be sure to remove the disc as soon as your dog has finished eating. The last thing that you want is for the Frisbee to become a chew toy. Your dog, who will come to associate the disc with supper, will gladly chase after it when you start tossing his “food dish” through the air.

Didn’t Your Mother Tell You Not to Play Indoors?

Well, for this next step you are going to have to go against mom’s advice. Take a seat on the floor and start rolling the Frisbee a few feet along the ground. Next, encourage your dog to chase after the disc. If your dog obeys, then be sure to provide ample praise. If your dog doesn’t go for the disc don’t become discouraged. Never become angry or frustrated with your dog during his learning
experience. It is vital to the process that your dog view this as the greatest fun that the two of you could ever share. Just keep trying. He’ll get it eventually.

From Fetching….

Now you are going to teach your dog to return the disc to you. Play your usual game of roll the Frisbee, but this time call your dog’s name and tell him to come back to you with the disc. Even if the dog returns with out being told, this step must not be skipped as it teaches your dog to retrieve the Frisbee. There are additional steps that you might need to try if your dog doesn’t bring the disc
back to you when called.

1. Tempt your dog to return by offering another Frisbee in exchange for the one he’s got. After you have rolled the first Frisbee and your dog has picked it up, call his name, tell him to bring the Frisbee to you, and show him that you have another disc. Your dog will most probably come running for the other Frisbee. Roll the second disc and repeat this process.

2. If your dog proves to be a little stubborn, then you may have to resort to using a training lead of about 30 feet. After you have rolled the first Frisbee and your dog has picked it up, call his name, tell him to bring the Frisbee to you, and then gently pull him back toward you. If your dog drops the disc while being reeled-in, then stop pulling him toward you. Get up, retrieve the Frisbee yourself, and begin the rolling process over again.

….To Catching

When your dog has mastered bringing the Frisbee back to you without the offer of another disc or the aid of a lead, then it is time to move outdoors as he is now ready to begin learning to catch the Frisbee. Care needs to be taken at this point that you do not actually throw the Frisbee at your dog. Some dogs may not try to catch the Frisbee and will, instead, be hit by the disc. This will cause them to become fearful of the disc and then training them to play with it will become a very difficult task.

Stand a few feet away from your dog and toss the Frisbee into the air. While doing this say “Catch”. Repeat this process until your dog completes the task. Be patient as this process may take months for your dog to accomplish. When your dog finally manages to catch the disc be sure to provide a reward and a lot of praise.

You are now ready to move onto the next and final step. If you are right-handed, then take a position on your dog’s right. Those who are left-handed should simply reverse their position in relation to their dog. From this position throw the Frisbee a short distance in front of you. When you dog becomes adept at catching these short throws, then you can progress to throws of a greater distance.

Congratulations! You now have a Frisbee catching buddy. Take your playmate out to the park and show off his new skills. Don’t surprised if the two of you draw a crowd of very impressed onlookers.

This is the “real” Money Maker in the Mail Order business the basic “How To” Report. It’s something anyone can produce, and with all the proper ingredients at the right time, you can become independently wealthy! The hard part, of course, is getting all the proper ingredients at the right time.

Your basic “Money Making report” is usually two pages in length, sells for $3, and outlines instructions, details, or a “How-To Method” for solving a problem: making more money, saving money, attaining greater happiness, or fulfilling an ambition or desire. An example of a successful moneymaking report had to do with the many different ways to prepare and serve hamburger. Simple, basic, information is what we’re talking about.

Anyone can write a saleable report on any subject - providing he or she has knowledge of that subject through personal experience, research, or both. A lot of women write successful money-making reports based upon better ways of solving household problems. And a lot of men write successful money-making reports on how to get greater pleasure from leisure time activities such as fishing, woodworking or other hobbies. The list of subjects one can write about is endless, and reports on how to make more money easier and faster are no more limited to male authors than expertise in cooking is limited to female authors.

Writing your report is easy and quite simple. However, it does take longer, and requires more sweat, blood and anguish for some people to produce a “finished” product than it does others, even if they are equally intelligent and knowledgeable.

The best advice anyone can give you on how to write a money-making report is to advise you to write as though you were talking to someone - as though you were instructing your next door neighbor via the telephone on the subject at hand. I use the word telephone here to point out that regardless of how much you wave your arms, point your finger, or even draw pictures, you aren’t getting the message across, and your neighbor won’t “see” what you’re talking about until you tell him in the kind of language he can understand. Write in a style similar to the book reports you used to give when you were in the middle school. Do you remember the “theme papers” you used to have to research, outline and write for term finals? You got a good grade if you presented your material in a straightforward style, had the facts, and didn’t pad out your paper.

Be factual, and be clear. Know your reader and use the kind of language he expects you to use. This does not mean that you should drop to the level of military barracks talk or that you should elevate yourself to the level of a pseudo Rhodes Scholar. It just means that in writing the basic “How-To” report, you should bear in mind that these reports serve as personal one-to-one consultations between you and your reader, and that your language should establish a rapport he can feel.

Outline what you want to say before you write it. This helps; tremendously. Many writers “think” as they’re typing or writing what they want to say, myself included. Everything flows smoother, with a lot less rewrite involved, and the finished product is always much better when you’ve outlined what you want to say before you start.

When doing business by mail, these Money-Making “How-To” reports we’ve been talking about are known by many names: folio, booklet, pamphlet, guide, or even Personal Success Plan. In reality, these reports are written guidelines that give the reader more information on a subject he wants to know more about.

Money Making reports have been, and can still be written to show other people how to start, develop, enjoy or expand a hobby; how to learn and develop new or greater abilities; how to start, develop and operate a new business, or even expand a current one; how to develop and prepare for a new career; how to make more money; how to save money, better one’s standard of living and have more time for leisure; how to solve personal problems and enjoy life more; how to attain success in any endeavor.

You’ll find that the better selling reports are well researched, authoritative, factual and helpful to the reader in attaining his or her goals. Your report can be put together and sold as anything from a two-page typewritten paper to a multipage typeset and professionally bound book. an important point to remember here is that the people who are going to buy your report are going to be interested in the information it contains - not how long it took you to put it together, the reason you wrote it, or the number of pages you’ve written – so long as it contains the information he or she wants.

Picking a subject to write about - one that has sales appeal and that will sell well for you - is not as hard as it sounds. The best rule to follow is to write only about something you already know a great deal about. With this advice in mind, it will follow that your best writing will be about those subjects that particularly interest you. And remember, the more you are involved or interested in the subject, the easier it will be for you to write about that subject in a manner that will hold your reader’s interest. Your knowledge and enthusiasm will show through - causing your reader to overlook any technical writing weaknesses.

How do you determine the subject that’s best for you to use for your first report? Channel your thinking along these lines: If you love to fish, you could probably put together a money-making report on “How To Catch The Big Ones”. If you love to sew, you could probably write a report on “Tips for Beautiful Sewing”. If you have experience in advertising, you could write a report on “How To Write An Ad For Best Results”; experience in printing, a report on “How to Prepare Copy and Layout for Best Printing Results”; experience in business, a report on “Better Business Operating Techniques”. It’s worth repeating: Whatever you write about, make it something you know about, and are especially interested in.

Once you’ve decided on the subject you’re going to write about, the next step is thorough research. Visit your public library and “bone up” on your subject. Read as much about it as you can find - newspapers, magazines, books - everything! Start collecting clippings, talk to your neighbors, your friends and relatives, and take notes on all information you gather from reading and personal discussion.

When you’ve spent a good six weeks intensively researching your subject, gathering notes and discussing it as often as you can with as many different people as possible, you should be ready for the next step - the sorting, compiling and assembly of your notes. Simply read through all the notes and clippings you have accumulated, discarding those that are repetitious, and organizing those you’re going to use according to your “subject coverage” outline. Don’t let the outline part of your project become an obstacle. An outline is simply listing the order in which you want to write about or discuss each aspect of your subject.

Everything that’s written should have a natural beginning, a body and an ending. When you outline your subject, and your “subject coverage”, which can be likened to a table of contents, you’ll find it easier to say what you want to say. You’ll be ABLE to say everything you want to say. You won’t have to worry about forgetting or leaving out an important point you want to make. The coverage of your subject will be more complete, and your writing will be much smoother.

Once you’ve completed your research, organized your notes, and have your “subject coverage” outline set, you’re ready to write the money-making report that just might make you rich! Start writing, and write as though you were talking to someone, because writing, after everything has been analyzed, taken apart, studied, improved upon, and put back together, is still nothing more or less than a written conversation between two people. Write your how-to report as though you were instructing a high school graduate in how to do something his first day on the job.

It makes no difference whether you write it all out longhand or pound away at a keyboard. Just get it all written! Once you’ve got your material organized, start writing and don’t stop until you’re finished! When you have finished, be proud of yourself! Take a break, go out to dinner, enjoy a night on the town! In other words, put this first draft of your report aside for a few days and allow your brain, your body, and your creative juices to rejuvenate themselves.

After a couple of days off, take up your report and go through it with a sharp pencil, just as you imagine an editor would do. Strike out, rewrite and polish each paragraph for clarity, accuracy and flow. This is the time to make sure that what you’ve written is easy to read, easy to understand, and each sentence follows the one before it just as surely as spring follows winter. The smoother the conversation or the writing of your report flows, the easier it’ll be to read, and the easier it is to read, the more copies you will sell.

Now you have a money-making report that has the potential of making a great deal of money for you. If you are a good typist, go ahead and type it out in finished form. If you’re not a typist, you can have it typed by someone who is, or even have it typeset for a small fee.
